Your private working checklist
Compare the purchase scope before making a commitment
Use two equipment options or two versions of a quote. Keep the actual descriptions and records privately; use the review below to identify which questions still need an answer.
No email or account is needed. Your choices are held in this page’s memory and are not saved to an account. Download to keep a copy on your device. Only general tool-use actions are measured, without your answers.

Before you take the next step
Keep the purchase separate from the funding decision
Consider how the equipment will be used, whether buying or leasing suits the business, and how the purchase would affect cash available for operations. A seller's quote is a starting point for your planning.
Ask what the partner needs
Document requirements vary by provider and request. A funding partner may ask for financial records or more information about the business and equipment. Confirm the specific list and the secure way to provide it directly with that partner.
You decide whether to send a request
This checklist is a preparation aid. Checking every item does not establish eligibility or send an application. Any financing offer depends on a funding partner's review. The separate request form explains the information and contact consent it asks for.
Sources and scope
Our preparation suggestions draw on the resources below and the information requested by our equipment form. They are not a funding partner's eligibility rules or a complete application document list.
